This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of service provided by Graphic Plus US LLC.

1. Quote & Payment

• All quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise noted.
• A 50% deposit is required before starting any job. Full payment is due before delivery or pickup.
• We accept payments by phone and online, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and more.

2. Design & Proofing

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs for spelling, layout, size, and color.
• We are not liable for any errors approved by the customer.
• Design fees apply for any custom artwork or file preparation.

3. Turnaround Time

• Turnaround time begins after proof approval and payment.
• Standard turnaround varies by product. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

4. File Requirements

• Print-ready files must be submitted in high-resolution PDF, EPS, or AI formats with appropriate bleed, trim, and safe zones.
• We are not liable for quality issues resulting from low-resolution or improperly formatted files.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the job. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or lost profits due to errors or delays.

6. Ownership & Copyright

• You confirm you own or have permission to use all graphics, logos, and content provided.
• We reserve the right to refuse any job that we deem unlawful, offensive, or in violation of copyright laws.

7. Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise requested, we reserve the right to display finished products for marketing and portfolio purposes.
